Time Out says

Make a trip down to the field behind Bugis Junction, next to Tan Quee Lan Street for SUVAI and chow down your favourite Indian dishes. Back for the second year, the Indian-cuisine centric event will see local chefs Devagi, Jonathan Lee and John See work alongside international chefs from Australia and Germany to recreate traditional Indian dishes and teach free masterclasses.

Visitors not only can try nosh like masala slushies and paayasam pannacotta, but can also enjoy live music and the alfresco beer garden. Don't forget to catch the setting of two Guiness World Records in progress – SUVAI will attempt to cook the largest curry (15 tonnes) with the largest cooking vessel (an 11m long giant pot).

SUVAI is organised as part of the Singapore Food Festival 2015.
