Time Out says

It's been a solid 48 years since the charismatic Jim Morrison left the world for the 27 Club. The iconic frontman was the face of the psychedelic band The Doors, known for hits like Light My Fire, Love Me Two Times, Touch Me and The End. Relive the legacy of one of America's greatest rock bands at the Sands Theatre at Marina Bay Sans on February 7 and 8 with The Doors – Reimagined.

But don't expect holograms of the late Lizard King and organ player Ray Manzarek, and the return of remaining members guitarist Robby Krieger and drummer John Densmore. The magnetic choreography is set to be delivered by award-winning Australian conductor Jessica Gethin and a 39-piece orchestra to capture and deliver the beauty of The Doors’ live work. Embodying Jim Morrison – complete with his signature rock and roll cries – is Justin Burford, frontman of the Australian pop-rock band End of Fashion. The Doors: Reimagined is perhaps closest you'll ever get to catching The Doors live.
