Abalone Delights at Min Jiang @ One North

Min Jiang at One North is offering an abalone themed promotion this season, featuring dishes from an abalone trio platter ($28) to fried baby abalone with pine nuts in spicy sauce ($14). If you're spoilt for choice, you could always just buy the abalone indulgence set menu ($128), featuring all six abalone dishes. In August, the restaurant will also be releasing new a la carte dishes, including a braised wagyu beef cheek with papaya paste.
