The already indulgent dim sum brunch menu (adults $148++; children 6-8 years old $68++) has been updated to include free-flowing Ruinart Blanc de Blanc or Ruinart Rosé. Over 60 types of dim sum, appetisers and barbecue specialities are available, including Kurobuta pork buns, barbecued boneless duckling and fresh mango in lemon sauce, and roasted crispy US Berkshire pork belly.
