Chef Jarad Gallagher @ The Cliff

Michelin star chef Jarad Gallagher from California will be gracing The Cliff with his presence this June. Gallagher is known for his strong passion for French cooking and was trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and London. At The Cliff, he will be preparing a 6 course dinner, with dishes including Puffed Beef Tendon, Spanish Octopus, and Rack of Lamb.
