Saint Pierre presents a five-course menu paired with a selection of fine wines from Domaine De Baron’arques of the Limoux region in France. Menu highlights include foie gras au torchon poached with chardonnay, married with buckwheat, buttermilk, mild pickled ramps, chioggia beet, corn, pea shoot and herb emulsion, paired with Le Chardonnay De Baron’arques 2011, as well as donburi Japanese rice topped with delicious grilled free range iberico de bellota pork belly, Hokkaido king scallop and squid, complemented with the elegant Domaine De Baron’arques 2006.
