The service glides along effortlessly while the Canto menu just pops. If there’s an expense account, lay it out for the thick, milky and politically incorrect double-boiled shark’s cartilage soup. The slivers of roast goose are a treat while the steamed fish and delicate daily dim sum spread are just perfect.
