The owners herald healthy, organic alternatives to decadent dessert classics without compromising on taste; Le Mama Shoppe’s moist and delicious signature red velvet cake ($7/ slice), made using beetroot, raw sugar, olive oil, yoghurt and frosted with low-fat cream cheese certainly delivered.
