The team formerly from Tao’s Restaurant serves up contemporary fusion cuisine in a 94-seater restaurant with alfresco and private rooms at PoMo on Selegie Road. True to its name, the food is served prix fixe, with five-course lunches ($28.80) and six-course dinners ($38.80) on offer. Kids are also catered for with their own set menu ($18.80), which includes dishes like baked flounder with cheese and roasted spring chicken. The food, cooked up by executive chef Erick Chun fuses unlikely ingredients like mushroom veloute with peanut butter and huai san jello.
