Chefs Dan Segall (previously from Ku De Ta), Nick Scorpion (Oxwell & Co), Ricky de Kock (Cure) and Andrew Baldus (Meat Smith) will each cook up their own interpretations of the three dishes for a panel of native Caribbean judges Chris Morris – Lime House's owner – and Mayen Ekong, as well as members of the public to vote on. The winner walks away with the championship title, a trophy, his dish on the menu and a bottle of El Dorado 12 to celebrate the victory.
