In case you haven't heard, Hashida Sushi has moved from its digs at Mandarin Gallery to a new shophouse space along Mohamed Sultan Road. To celebrate its new beginning, head chef Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida is teaming up with Takeshi Nagashima – who's trained at the likes of El Bulli – of Restaurant 81 in Tokyo and Daiki Kanetaka of Singapore's D.bespoke.
The trio are presenting dinner and cocktails on November 24 and 25, where you can expect a creative collaboration of Hatch's modern sushi-ya aesthetic with Nagashima's international take on Japanese produce, all tied together with Kanetaka's polished tipples.
