From October 29 to 31, Eggslut will be offering its delicious sandwiches with a glass of Yellow Label ($18). The egg-centric dishes include the Fairfax sandwich, packed with caramelised onions, cheddar cheese and scrambled eggs in between the fluffy brioche bun – a perfect complement to Yellow Label’s green citrus notes. For a meaty good time, opt for the Gaucho option that sees wagyu steak served alongside sunny side up, arugula, red onions and topped with chimichurri sauce, which combine to bring out the Yellow Label’s lively character.
