'A Good Serve' is a charity initiative by Food News Public Relations. The week long event, coinciding with National Waiters and Waitresses Day on 21 May, has The Food News team working the floor at new restaurant Seasons Bistro to walk in the shoes of waiters and waitresses for a week to find out more about the daily challenges those in the restaurant industry face. All tips garnered from this stint from restaurant patrons will be donated to non-profit organisation Willing Hearts.
