Master Pairings Dinner

Neil McGuigan, voted White Winemaker of the Year at IWSC will host the exclusive Master Pairings Wine dinner. McGuigan is a renowned winemaker famous for a meteoric rise and near-charmed progression in his wines, McGuigan took the wine world by storm when he took away 39 medals for 39 wines entered in the IWSC 2013. The dinner, prepared by Chef Lai Tong Ping, includes a varies of dishes such as lobsters, abalone, rack of lamb and many more.
