Merchants and Schwarz Wine Company Unique Wine Tasting Event

Schwarz' Wine Company's own winemaker Jason Schwarz brings the iconic smoked meat Lachsschinken of Barossa Valley to the Merchants Wine Cellar for a pairing and tasting session this weekend. Marketed at a platform for guests to have a chance to explore smaller Australian winemakers, the tasting will be free and available to the public.
