A painting exhibition by renowned artist and art instructor of Sri Lanka R Kouwshigan will be held on August 19th and 20th at Shantiniketan, Calcutta, the northern capital city of India.
More than forty paintings done by Kouwshigan and his art student Neathees Sivakumar will be displayed reflecting the culture of India and Sri Lanka in this exhibition.
The exhibition will be inaugurated by Prof JOGEN CHOWDHURY, Former Principal and H O D Painting, Kala Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, Professor Emeritus Visva Bharati, Member Rajya Sabha Parliament of India on 19th at 11.30am.
