The past and present senior students of Kumari de Alwis have organised an exhibition and sale of paintings at the Lionel Wendt Art Gallery on January 30 and 31, 2016.
The exhibition will showcase a myriad collection of work. The works of art on show include pastels, water colurs, black and white sketchings and oils. Kumari is a veteran art teacher with years of experience, and has taught at a number of institutions including King's Castle Christian College in Frankfurt, Germany.
