The Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall, the first convention centre built in Asia, is the hub for both local and international conferences. BMICH is equipped with state-of-the art facilities like halls, convention rooms to hold exhibition, fairs, business conferences and other events.
The lounge, covering 16,000 sq ft, is dedicated for delegates. The BMICH is also known to have a connection of 400 telephone connections, with ten direct telephones dedicated for the press, ten for the public and ten directly to SLBC. It is also equipped with advanced technical services.
