An initiative taken to conserve the beautiful coral reefs of the southern coast.

The renowned marine park brimming with bright coloured coral reefs and different species of reef fish is a place that was primarily set up to protect the coral cover of the southern coast. Drawing large numbers of tourists and scientists, it has over 60 species of coral, which are now being recovered after suffering much damage in the past years. The best times to visit the coral park is in the mornings, around the months of November to April, during which time, the waters are clear and make way for better sight.
