There are 20 kudils, each can accommodate up to three people. The kudils are large and spacious with a verandah and attached bathroom. The kudils are furnished comfortably with a king size bed (double). While there is no room service, you will find an obliging staff to take care of your needs on request.
Kusini (Tamil for kitchen) Restaurant serves the tastiest meals with interesting twists to some of the known Sri Lankan food. Try the Urani Burger, Urani Healthy Special or breakfast and Urani dinner and you will definitely be left wanting for more. Fresh seafood, grilled or prepared anyway you like is another scrumptious option that you must try. The action in the kitchen can be viewed while enjoying a delicious meal. The ambience is laid back and relaxing with the music at the Kusini.
The one of a kind chill-out lounge – Kadal (Tamil for sea) – is the best place to laze away your time reading a book, napping or just relaxing. The view from here is breathtaking. The beautiful Water Hole, is the only swimming pool in the area. If you have had your day’s dose of surfing and lounging on the beach, dip in and cool yourself in the Water Hole.
Paper Moon Kudils also organises transport to and from the airport as well as to locations in the area. Safaris to Kumana and Lahugala can be organised as well as day trips to Passekudah and Trincomalee where you will be able to try traditional food and enjoy a novel experience. For the historical lovers, a visit to the Magul Maha Viharaya and Muhudu Maha Viharaya can be arranged.
