Genghis

Don Stanley’s has a reputation for outside catering based on the lavish Mongolian BBQs the catering team cook up in a few minutes. This concept has inspired Genghis, which concentrates on instant Mongolian BBQs and grills with either fish and meat or only vegetarian ingredients. Diners get to choose exactly what they want to go in to the Mongolian mix and can trust the chef to see every item is cooked in true Mongolian style.
