Originally HVN was the grand parlour of a majestic mansion, now restored and re-created as the iconic Casa Colombo with this splendid room becoming an artistically elegant and refined restaurant. Built by a wealthy Indian family 200 years ago, the halls of this structure still display evidence of its grandeur from ages before. The mosaic floors, carved arches, wide hallways and moulded ceilings have restaurant patrons gaping in awe.
The menu too is noteworthy and satisfying, featuring the cuisines of many cultures including local dishes, followed by some classic favourite desserts.
