Colombo’s first authentic Turkish restaurant, Ankara is an upmarket dining location that serves richly diverse Turkish cuisine through a blend of vintage and modern menu items. Chef Mehmet Yaşar Örgüt and his culinary team uses in-depth knowledge of Turkey’s food and the subtleties of its regional influences in producing the dishes on offer.
