21st Century Monk

Written by Aslam Marikar and produced by Sri Theatre, the 21^st Century Monk is a comedy, which revolves around a lawyer who decides to become mute for his entire life. His decision throws him from pillar to post by those who find his silence unsettling. Staged as a debut production in 2014, 21^st Century Monk features Bandhuka Premawardena, Yasal Ruhunage, Imesha Athukorale and more. This play is staged again by popular demand at E. O. E Pereira Theatre on April 8^th and 9^th.
