Henarathgoda Botanical Garden

This botanical garden in Gampaha sprawls over 43 acres. Planted here are memorable plants like the first Rubber tree to grow in Sri Lanka. Now more than 128 years old, the garden is home to 80 varieties of birds and 18 species of mammals. The best time to visit would be during the monsoons when the greenery and flora is lush and beautiful.
