The High Commission of India in Colombo and Investment & Technology Promotion Division of Ministry of External Affairs of India will present – Shilpa Kala, an exhibition of traditional handicrafts and textiles. The exhibition will feature jewellery, saree, textile, handicrafts and footwear at Mihilaka Medura, BMICH from March 23–27, 2016.
