There have been some highly covetable fashion collaborations released recently, including the Totoro-inspired Loewe collection and the mashup of Gucci and Doraemon. However, collabs with luxury labels mean there’s often a steep price tag to match. If you rather not shell out your entire savings account and you’re already stocked up on Haruki Murakami’s Uniqlo range, you’re in luck – renowned Japanese streetwear label Undercover is teaming up with fast fashion brand GU for a special spring collection.

Sister shop to Uniqlo, GU is known for its more trend-focused pieces and has teamed up with big name designers in the past, such as Kim Jones of Dior. The Undercover collection is GU’s first collaboration with the cult Japanese label helmed by designer Jun Takahashi.

Available just in time for spring, the collab includes a full collection for both men and women featuring tops, pants, shoes, accessories, loungewear, phone cases and even face masks. For clothing designed by a major fashion brand, the price point is extremely accessible, with items ranging from ¥590 to ¥6,990.

What’s most impressive about the collection is that the pieces look like they come right out of an Undercover boutique, with the signature silhouettes and playful graphics the brand is known for. Plus, 13 items in the range feature popular Disney characters, with the witch from Snow White and Mickey Mouse both making appearances.

The GU x Undercover collection will be available in stores and online from Friday April 9. For more information and to browse the full collection, visit the official website.
