Gaginang takes its name from a Teochew phrase meaning ‘one of our own', and the fourth-floor rooftop near Phra Sumen Road has the relaxed feel to match. Chinese design details meet an open-air deck overlooking the low-rise rooftops of old Phra Nakhon, while an ice-cold chrysanthemum tea greets you before the beer starts. The Thai craft selection is intended to work for both newcomers and seasoned drinkers, with live music and Chinese-style plates rounding out an easy rooftop evening.
