At GIR Bangkok, things get a little wilder with the new wild series, the bar’s second menu chapter built around nature in all its forms. The idea sounds thoughtful, but the delivery keeps it easy, with drinks that take cues from leaves, wood, flowers and coastal flavours. There is a bit of range to play with here too. Herbalist No.4 keeps things light and green with soft notes of pine, fern, sage and lavender, while Orchard leans warmer with bourbon, oak and a touch of fruit. Dip into whether you are in the mood for or opt for something easy – either way, don’t be surprised by just how far they take it.
