Award-winning mixologist Sebastian de la Cruz stands behind the bar at U.N.C.L.E., where he concocts signature rum-based cocktails such as The Expat, which combines Bacardi Superior with plum rum, Vermouth, lime, sea salt and a not-so-secret ingredient: tamarind juice. Another noteworthy drink is the Late Summer Fizz, made of gin, apricot, chrysanthemum, soda water, and egg white.
