TE, a brand-new local tea label known for aromatic loose tea leaves, has teamed up with Poptales, a local ice cream maker, to launch a collection of frozen thrills with tea infusion.
The tea-infused gelato series sees TE’s bestseller brews taken into sub-zero, such as the Midsummer Dream with Yuzu Zest, which corporates aromatic rose tea and the slight sour note from roselle, and the Spice Potion with Passionfruit Coulis, which combines two types of tea – peppermint ginger and mulberry green tea – with passion fruit jam. Cocktail enthusiasts will be intrigued to put their hands on Kiss From a Rose Martini, which boasts a dash of gin, and Moon Garden Chamomile Tequila, which makes a perfect bedtime treat.
