Toro, the hyped-up Spanish tapas bar at 72 Courtyard, invites all discerning diners to feast on the delicious tapas dishes paired up with selected Spanish wines.

On 21 July, Chef Zac Watkins will be rolling out 10 courses of drool-worthy dishes that comes with a touch of multi-cultural cuisines like the hamachi crudo with tahini emulsion, yoghurt, preserved lemon and pickled burdock roots, sliced Serrano ham and intense Manchego cheese and gambas al ajillo (seared white prawn with garlic, XO sauce and tamarind).

Meat lovers will be delighted with the likes of the famous filete a la plancha — seared hanger steak rubbed with spices served with calamansi barbeque sauce and Chinese broccoli, as well as the Spanish meatballs doused in red white sauce. And yes, the famous seafood and chorizo paella will also make the appearance.

Family-owned organic winery Bodegas Comenge from Spain will be supported with four of their best bottles for the wine pairing. The 10-course dinner is priced at B1,800 per person with wine pairing and you can book your seats now by calling +0 2392 7790. A good deal, indeed
