Born to a respected family who has established Thai restaurants in Los Angeles, Jet Tila claims his own fame by incorporating touches of urban culture, humor, arts and cross-cultural culinary techniques into his own dishes. The American-born Thai chef, who has become familiar face through a number of American food programs, was the perfect choice when Chang was looking for someone who shares the same passion in bringing Thai cuisine to the world stage.

“The inaugural Chang Sensory Trails is our first-ever global campaign to bring the vibrancy of urban Thai food to the world.” Says Ronnie Teo, Chang’s global marketing director. “The iconic flavors of Thai food are already renowned in various parts of the world. In addition to its distinctive presentation and taste, Thai cuicine embraces creative twists to deliver more exotic, palate-teasing experiences to international epicureans.”

With Chang Sensory Trails, Tila has an opportunity to recollect his memories of family and friends through a selection of dishes. The campaign kicked off in Singapore, where he curated recipes to please the Singaporean palate. Held at the Chang Sensory Trail fair at hip grounds, near Marina Bay Sands, the fair also featured live music and ice-cold Chang beer. Apart from being a complete success for Tila, the event was fun, vibrant and entertaining — exactly the vibe portrayed by Chang beer’s exciting new look.
