Time Out says

What is it? The newest arrival, and probably the mot polished one on this list. Essentially a members’ club, with branches in Singapore and Hong Kong, now freshly opened in Thailand, right by Nana BTS. Inside: a large social sauna, a hot magnesium pool and signature ice showers.

Why we love it: Unlike Bangkok’s homegrown pioneers, this one lands with a ready-made international playbook, pitched unapologetically around meeting people. Head of community Emily Hagelauer talks of ‘a shift away from late-night bar sessions’ towards ‘experiences that feel good for both your health and your social life’.

It backs that up with a regular line-up of sauna stretching, aufguss sessions, workshops and events with local partners. The crowd, the team says, is ‘sabai’: laid-back but driven. In a scene where the plunge is usually a solo grind, that social spin is the real draw.

Time Out Tip: Although positioned as a members club, drop-in passes get you the whole set-up with no membership required.

JLK Tower (ground floor), 129 Sukhumvit Road, Nana. Open daily, 7am-10pm.

Membership-led, with drop-in passes; walk-ins welcome, no booking needed. Towels, bathers, lockers and electrolytes all provided – just turn up.
