Time Out says

The Bangkok Symphony Orchestra is teaming up with American solo violinist Joshua Bell, who’s been praised for producing modern appropriation of Classical music. Bell who made his debute at the age of 14, has played with some of the world’s most-respected orchestras, including the Hong Kong Philharmonic, the Baltimore Symphony, the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester, and the Stockholm Philharmonic. In a Bangkok concert, Bell will perform two favorites from the Romantic repertoire—Pablo de Sarasate’s “Virtuosic Zigeunerweisen Opus 20” and Max Bruch’s “Evergreen Violin Concerto No. 1 in G Minor Opus 26.” The concert is held in honor of His Majesty the King.
