Think fine-dining chefs, street food prices, and a line-up so good we have to keep it secret… for now.

Let’s be honest, Bangkok life is a constant, delicious battle between splurging on a fancy restaurant meal and grabbing a cheap, cheerful and mind-blowingly good bite from a street stall. Well, what if you didn’t have to choose?

Get ready, because for three glorious days, The Ultimate Street Food Festival 2025 is taking over Gaysorn Amarin to settle the score once and for all. For the first time ever, Time Out Bangkok and our pals at Koktail Thailand are joining forces to create a foodie wonderland. We’ve challenged some of the city’s most brilliant restaurants – from fine-dining institutions to hip new eateries – to create one-off, street food-style dishes for just B100-B200 a pop from Thursday October 30 to Saturday November 1.

Did we mention entry is completely free? You’re welcome.

So, who’s cooking?

Ah, now that would be telling. We’re keeping the full list of names under wraps for now, but trust us, it’s a stellar line-up. We can give you a few hints, though: expect a legendary institution of Royal Thai cuisine, a sky-high Spanish hotspot, masters of Indian fine dining, and some of the city's most creative plant-based kitchens.

The full, glorious list will be revealed right here next week. Keep your eyes peeled.

It’s not just about the grub

You’ll need something to wash all that down with, obviously. The team from Merai Thailand by Thairath will be on hand pouring the very best in Thai craft beers and local spirits, while Wine Now has the vino sorted.

It’s not a proper festival without a banging soundtrack, and the cool cats at the neo-baannok team are curating a line-up of live music to keep the vibes immaculate all weekend long. Expect a buzzy atmosphere, brilliant food and a crowd of fellow food-lovers.

So, round up your mates, come hungry, and get ready to get stuck into the city’s most exciting new food festival. We’ll see you there.
