The life-sized dinosaur attraction at Asiatique marks a year with free movie nights and a sky full of fireworks

Right now, dinosaurs roam the banks of the Chao Phraya River, and they aren't going anywhere just yet. For the past year, Jurassic World: The Experience gives Asiatique The Riverfront a proper prehistoric makeover, drawing curious crowds from across the globe for a thrilling day (and night) out among the life-sized creatures.
Now the world-class attraction turns one, and it celebrates in style all August long. The headline act? A run of outdoor movie screenings that walk you back through every chapter of the Jurassic World saga, played out against a moody riverside backdrop once the sun goes down. Settle in, catch the breeze off the water and let the roars roll over you.
Here's the full line-up:
Each film screens twice a night, at 6pm and 8pm, and it won't cost you a single baht.
The real fireworks (quite literally) arrive on August 8, when the sky above the water erupts in a spectacular display at 8.09pm. Those glittering lights double as a thank-you from the team to everyone who joins the adventure across the past twelve months. Lovely stuff, eh?
Fancy a wander around Asiatique itself? That's free too. Flash a ticket or E-ticket for the show and you also unlock complimentary access to the VIP Zone, with no extra charge required.
Keen to come face to face with the beasts? Grab your spot for the main exhibition zone through the official website.
