German chef Rolf Fliegauf is delivering sensation dinner at Banyan Tree only this weekend

Chef Rolf Fliegauf, the owner and chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Ecco Ascona and St. Moritz restaurant in Switzerland, makes a return to Vertigo rooftop restaurant at Banyan Tree, to deliver the elaborate multi-course dinner, only this weekend (17-18 November).

Praised by critics as “one of the greatest chef of his generation”, chef Rolf is the founder of Ecco Ascona and St. Moritz restaurants, both of which have received two Michelin stars for two consecutive years. His creations are known for boasting simple flavor yet elaborately injected with magical flair that brings the dishes to another level.

Chef Rolf will be delivering a multi-course menu featuring some of his best dishes from his Swiss restaurants like the refreshing and flavorsome marinated tuna with cucumber vinaigrette, yuzu and wasabi and the bold Tandoori-flavored Maine lobster and pickled radish. Promising to blow your mind is perfectly-cooked wagyu tenderloin with eggplant miso sauce and onion.
