Private dining kitchen Samrub Samrub Thai by Chef Prin Polsuk is once again taking up part-time residency at Spice Market, the Thai restaurant of Anantara Siam. Multi-course meals (B2,300 for seven courses; B2,800 for 10 courses) highlight flavorful dishes such as a Peranakan-influenced tumis curry with tiger prawn and young mangosteen. This dish is so rare that it’s barely served, even in Thailand’s Peranakan town of Phuket.
