Giovanni D’alitta, the Italian culinary master of the one Michelin-starred Stube Hermitage in the ski resort town of Madonna di Campiglio, is now helming the kitchen of Jojo Restaurant at St Regis Bangkok to present the scrumptious flavor of the Alps until today (1 June) only.

Highlighting spring ingredients, chef Giovanni churns out a four-course menu lunch (B1,950) and the extensive eight-course dinner (B3,800) featuring the likes of  the smoky arctic char with prosecco cream and celery sauce, smoked duck breast served with rocket, peach and Modena balsamic and the crowd-favorite ricotta cake with the puree of spring vegetables.
