Start off your feast with oysters, and other freshly shucked seafood from the buffet. Look out for the Thai fish sashimi! We know that you’re all familiar with traditional sashimi with the likes of salmon and tuna, but it’s time to explore the freshness of wide-ranging fish from the Thai waters!
