The handsome, antiquated dining institution The House on Sathorn at W Hotel has invited the Spanish Michelin sensation Dani Garcia to throw a collaborative dinner with its Turkish-born executive chef Fatih Tutak, fusing the scrumptious taste of Andalucía with the humble flavor of Anatolia only on Nov 2-3.

With almost 20 years in Spain’s top kitchens, chef Dani Garcia has made his restaurants every foodie's destinations with two Michelin stars garnered for Calima restaurant in Marbella and Daní Garcia Restaurant at Hotel Puente Romano. He is praised for elevating the flavor of his homeland in Andalucia, as well as breaking boundaries and introducing unconventional mash-up of flavors.

The 12-course dinner (B9,990) starts off with the rich umami bites of Hokkaido sea urchin tart with black bean purée and the super mellow foie gras yogurt with frozen pulpy bits of citrus fruits, courtesy of Chef Dani. The dinner is then followed by chef Dani’s signature dishes like super refreshing gazpacho with sea urchin and “fake tomato” made of tomato mousse.

Chef Fatih brings modern Turkish influence as in his version of rich and umami tarhana(fermented soup) of maitake mushroom and braised wagyu beef kavurma(a festive Turkish meat dish) with onion consommé and mountain thyme.

You have only two nights to savor the dishes by chef Daní Garcia and Fatih Tutak. Reserve your table now at http://bit.ly/online-danigarcia.
