The Bangkok’s only outlet of L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon is launching the new seasonal set menu inspired by the European summertime.

The four-course menu (B2,950) starts off with Robuchon’s signature foie gras mousse with indulgent layers of port wine reduction and parmesan foam, before venturing into bigger delights like the yolky poach egg with crispy outer crust served with cubic bites of smoked salmon and slightly acidic cream, or Vaucluse white asparagus with freckling of Iberico ham.

Mains are, actually, the highlights. You'll get to choose between seared Hokkaido scallops with a hidden surprise in the risotto that’s made with cauliflower (yum!), or the delicately-flavored lamb filets with a refreshing note of green pea purée. For sweets, expect a choice of goodies in a dessert trolley comprising of selections like chocolate and macadamia tart, and lemon and berry tart.
