Andreas Caminada, the prestigious Swiss chef behind Schloss Schauenstein located inside the fairytale castle of the same name surrounded by breathtaking landscapes of the Swiss Alps, is bringing an unparalleled dining experience to Jojo at The St. Regis Bangkok. “The Peak” is an informal countertop pop-up serving up meticulously-crafted fare inspired by the version offered at Schloss Schauenstein in Switzerland. His acclaimed establishment is graced with three Michelin-starred and the title of the world’s 47thbest restaurant in World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2019 list.

Guests are invited to savor exceptional culinary creations conjured up by chef David Hartwig, the trusted head chef of Schloss Schauenstein whose portfolio includes experiences at Paradies Hotel in Ftan, Switzerland, and The Nomad Hotel in New York City. The culinary master is tasked to deliver awe-inspiring delights through a six-course delight that promises to provoke interaction and conversation among fellow diners through dishes designed to be shared, such as Black Cod Pumpkin Cicorino Rosse, Mackerel Avocado Daikon Wasabi, and Lamb Loin Belly Harissa Sea Buckthorn.
