Needless to say, Haidilao takes noodle dancing seriously. In fact, it’s been hosting internal competitions among its branches for quite some time. But this year brings something different. The competition has gone public, as the hotpot chain hosts the Haidilao All Stars Championship at centralwOrld on August 25. For the very first time, contestants from the 12 countries where Haidilao operates will take the stage to compete and to determine the best noodle dancer.
