This wine-pairing dinner at Park Hyatt Bangkok is ideal for all truffle lovers

Embassy Room at Park Hyatt Bangkok celebrates the scrumptious and earthy note of black truffle during the Australian Winter Black Truffle Week with a luxurious five-course dinner spotlighting on Australian Winter Black Truffle.

Flown directly from Terra Preta Farm in the New South Wales, Australia, the Australian Black Truffle is comparable to Perigord truffle which is known for being the most famous black truffle and has won many awards, including the Australian Food Awards in 2016 and 2017.

Australian Black Truffle will become the star in the five-course menu (B4,990), whipped up by Embassy Room culinary team as in the likes of the starter of an organic egg served with green pea and asparagus and the US prime beef tenderloin with glazed leek and decadent mashed potato. The meal ends on a high note with Jivara chocolate ganache served alongside truffle mascarpone ice-cream.
