On the New Year’s Eve, The Embassy Room invites you to savor a five-course dinner (B6,500) crafted by executive chef Franck Detrait. The dinner starts with scallop from Hokkaido complemented by cauliflower and hazelnut and the briny flavor from sea urchin and black cod with Oscietra caviar sitting atop carnaroli risotto. Wagyu striploins with black truffle sauce makes for the hearty main. End your meal with nicely-dressed Mont Blanc served with chestnut, cherry and Madagascar vanilla, before heading upward to Penthouse Bar+Grill New Year party, in which you’re granted with a 50% discount on the entrance fee.

Climb the elevator to the 39th floor to Penthouse Bar + Grill for feasting amidst art-deco elegance. The Penthouse Grill will dish up a five-course delight (B7,500) starring the likes of Cadoret oyster, Sevruga caviar and vodka mignonette; Hokkaido scallop, Iberico ham and passion fruit; wagyu tomahawk, bone marrow, truffle and Bordelaise sauce; and the dessert of Valrhona chocolate, salted caramel, peanut and banana passion fruit sorbet. For the more exclusive experience, secure on the eight spots available for the Chef’s Table experience (B30,000/person) where you’ll be served canapes at The Whiskey Room prior to the meal.

After you’ve filled your belly, join the lavish countdown party (B2,000) with DJ Kurrypup spin house and disco beats at The Cocktail Bar, while The Whiskey Bar will be helmed by Michael Selby performing soul and funk numbers. The 37th floor Rooftop Bar will also be unveiled at the event.

The Embassy Room will also throw the festive brunch to celebrate the first day of 2018, featuring all-you-can-eat goodies (B3,950). Expect to see drool-worthy items like succulent seafood on ice, rib-eye steaks, lamb racks and roast chicken.
