Baan Kerd turns its hotcakes savoury with Homer
Baan Kerd gives its much-loved hotcakes a savoury turn for the first edition of Hotcakes with Friends. The debut collaboration brings in Homer Brunch Cafe, a Japanese-Western brunch spot in Charoenkrung, with a dish inspired by Homer’s juicy tomato ricotta toast. Buttermilk hotcakes come topped with savoury tomato jam, whipped ricotta, parmesan horapa crumble, horapa basil oil and cherry tomato confit made with produce from Baan Kerd’s local farmer partner. Fragrant, creamy and lightly crunchy, it sits neatly between breakfast and lunch.
