Time Out says

What it is: An artsy explosion that moonlights as one of Bangkok’s coolest breakfast spots. Airy loft-style space inside Siam@Siam Design Hotel’s ground floor is reimagined for morning revelry with soaring ceilings, an abundance of natural light and a constantly rotating collection of contemporary art that keeps eyeballs as stimulated as taste buds.

Why we love it: Chim Chim approaches breakfast with a generous dollop of creativity and a serious commitment to quality. Beyond their legendary hangover brekkie, salmon eggs benedict stands out for its perfectly poached eggs and succulent salmon draped in a silky smooth hollandaise sauce. For something on the lighter (but equally delicious) side, kale salad with roasted pumpkin and pear is a delightful revelation, bursting with fresh flavours and textures. And what better to pair it all with than their single-origin coffee sourced from Chiang Rai, a brew that's as rich in flavour as the atmosphere is in style.

Time Out tip: Make your Sunday a family affair! Chim Chim often hosts fantastic Family Sundays, complete with a build-your-own ice cream sundae party that'll have the kids (and let's be honest, you too) grinning from ear to ear. Keep an eye on their social media for special kids' games and events that make it the perfect destination for a fun-filled family breakfast.
