Hidden down an unmarked alley, Choch is devoted to Thai bean-to-bar chocolate made with cacao from provinces including Lamphun and Chumphon. The staff are happy to explain each bar’s origins. I chose the Choco Roselle, although the King Thangkwian with manuka honey was tempting, and paired it with a matcha canelé that disappeared almost immediately.
